The preparation of the Health in Hunter New England, 2005, was a team effort. The report was adapted from the State of the Health in the Hunter Report 2003 internet version. For this we wish to acknowledge the work of the persons associated with the production of the 2003 report, specifically the work of Tim Sladden. The report was modelled on the NSW Chief Health Officer's Report - the health of the people of NSW (CHO). Many persons were involved in the production of the original CHO report, see: internet version, intranet version.
