HNE : 2002 - 1173, 2003 - 1367, 2004 - 771, 2005 - 1539 and 2006 - 1040.
NSW : 2002 - 9094, 2003 - 9427, 2004 - 6574, 2005 - 11457 and 2006 - 7931.
The indicator includes those who consume alcohol and have had [11 or more if male/7 Based on the NHMRC Australian Alcohol Guidelines
