Immunisation Updates for Accredited Immunisation Providers

Please note: Due to the delay in the release of the 9th edition of The Australian Immunisation Handbook all February and March sessions have been postponed, the new dates will be published on this website when available.

Immunisation is a whole of life commitment and as there are many changes to childhood, adolescent & adult guidelines and recommendations, all update will have identical content. Changes will be made throughout the year to reflect any changes in recommendations.

NOTE: It is your responsibility to register, as reminders to attend updates will not be issued. You need to attend one session in a calendar year in order to comply with NSW legislation under which your authority to immunise is issued. Annual CPR certification is also your responsibility and a requirement under this authority.

All registration enquires and lodgement of registration forms should be directed to your nearest Population Health office (ie Tamworth, Taree or Wallsend).

For basic immunisation information you should attend one of the following sessions. The pre-authoriation workshops are aimed at assisting you to complete the College of Nursing course. Registration for these workshops will be arranged when you have registered with the College of Nursing.
